Hidden fees discovered from Superior Factories

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7230-SWE-3638 placed with Superior Factories on May 17, 2021. I paid $316.65 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Earnestine T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
