I am writing regarding order #ORD-9127-XNO-5525 placed with Advanced-Materials on October 9, 1975. I paid $556.20 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Noemie Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
