TrustMoney refused to address issue

I'm writing to complain about the return process I received from TrustMoney. After paying $969.25 for subscription, I found that it had repeated billing errors. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Rosie I., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.
