Hidden fees discovered from Capital Venture Management

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6529-LEW-7399 placed with Capital Venture Management on June 20, 1974. I paid $449.49 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kadin M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
