Unauthorized charges from IntegrityCredit Corp.

I purchased a package from IntegrityCredit Corp. on June 13, 1981. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Rigoberto D. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
