Overcharged by Advanced Factories Enterprises for service

On February 2, 2006, I signed up for Advanced Factories Enterprises's exchange program at their Ebbaville, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $528.99, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Oswaldo F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
