False promises made by Advanced Factories Enterprises representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2019-NSE-4843 placed with Advanced Factories Enterprises on February 4, 2010. I paid $830.2 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Neal Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
