Misleading advertising by Strong Build

On March 21, 2021, I signed up for Strong Build's training session at their Hagenesburgh, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $150.94, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Talia Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
