I have been a loyal customer of Standard Products Systems for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-5589-YKO-5259) on October 4, 2011, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
