On August 9, 1991, I signed up for Standard Products Systems's support package at their North Vanmouth, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $590.45, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Janelle J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
