Account access issues with Finance Alliance

On April 17, 1995, I signed up for Finance Alliance's return process at their Gleasonport, Montana location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $977.95, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alba M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
