Overcharged by Golden Lodge Hospitality Holdings for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8057-RWO-9270 placed with Golden Lodge Hospitality Holdings on October 15, 2019. I paid $509.18 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lorena E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
