Refund refused by Assembly & Fabricators

On April 9, 1972, I signed up for Assembly & Fabricators's return process at their Jakubowskiton, Utah location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $269.7, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Madie V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
