I have been a loyal customer of Heritage Fiscal Brokers for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-8177-LVT-9835) on February 15, 1994, and have encountered experienced frequent disconnections. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
