Frustrated with Paradise Suites Collection's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7161-DEN-3313 placed with Paradise Suites Collection on July 3, 2014. I paid $954.57 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Dominique H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
