I am writing regarding order #ORD-7008-YLZ-3974 placed with Paradise Suites Collection on July 8, 1975. I paid $812.75 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Rey B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
