I purchased a package from Lodge at Luxury Zapopan on August 21, 1976. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Angel Q. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
