Poor customer service experience with Crystal Haven Chelyabinsk Enterprises

On January 4, 2008, I signed up for Crystal Haven Chelyabinsk Enterprises's technical assistance at their Elisestad, West Virginia location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $913.69, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ford K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
