I am writing regarding order #ORD-9658-HEH-8895 placed with Crystal Haven Chelyabinsk Enterprises on March 10, 2021. I paid $543.52 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Shanny F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
