I purchased a appliance from Precision-Factories Málaga Inc. on November 16, 1991. Shortly after using it, I experienced discovered hidden fees. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Bernadette I. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
