Cozy Accommodations Destinations refused to address issue

On May 14, 2000, I signed up for Cozy Accommodations Destinations's upgrade service at their North Dahlia, Georgia location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $642.97, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kevin S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
