Overcharged by National Equity for service

On January 8, 2000, I signed up for National Equity's troubleshooting service at their North Jakob, Utah location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $712.47, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Catherine B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
