Unsatisfactory resolution from Haven Group Inc.

On October 28, 2024, I signed up for Haven Group Inc.'s return process at their Darionton, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $865.95, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ana Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
