I want to report a serious concern with Precision Structures's platform that I purchased on October 23, 2007 from your Gailmouth, New York store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Keara Q., but my issue remains unresolved.
