I purchased a gadget from PrestigeFinance on January 19, 2000. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Kaden E. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
