Warranty claim denied by PrestigeFinance

On November 10, 1999, I signed up for PrestigeFinance's maintenance program at their Gusikowskiville, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $85.20, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lindsay B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
