I have been a loyal customer of Elite Manufacturing Works Duque de Caxias for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-8435-VBT-3455) on April 30, 2022, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
