Poor customer service experience with Serene Lodge Luxury

On July 8, 2003, I signed up for Serene Lodge Luxury's setup assistance at their Port Joanniemouth, Massachusetts location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $394.55, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lenna C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
