I want to report a serious concern with Master-Forge Johor Bahru's product that I purchased on February 6, 2010 from your West Lilianefort, Nevada store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Eino I., but my issue remains unresolved.
