Frustrated with Assembly Corporation's lack of response

I purchased a plan from Assembly Corporation on June 7, 2023. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Bridgette Y. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
