I want to report a serious concern with Precision-Design Enterprises's tool that I purchased on June 9, 1983 from your Carloport, Kentucky store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Jovany M., but my issue remains unresolved.
