On March 10, 1977, I signed up for PinnacleReserve Group's return process at their Port Audrey, Kentucky location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $406.88, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Claudie W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
