Misleading advertising by PinnacleReserve Group

On December 22, 1982, I signed up for PinnacleReserve Group's training session at their East Ebba, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $632.26, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ella S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
