I am writing regarding order #ORD-5725-GPY-2269 placed with Money Services Corp. on January 22, 2010. I paid $765.77 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Rebecca W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
