I purchased a account from Prime Tech on February 17, 1980. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Gwendolyn L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
