Prime Tech failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6569-CDG-3719 placed with Prime Tech on February 2, 2011. I paid $369.22 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Harmony L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
