On January 11, 2004, I signed up for Steel Works Industries's troubleshooting service at their Lake Kamren, North Carolina location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $618.44, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Prince N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
