I have been a loyal customer of Superior-Machine Ltd. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-4942-AJZ-2298) on August 6, 1989, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
