False promises made by Paradise Lodge Inc. representative

On March 14, 1971, I signed up for Paradise Lodge Inc.'s training session at their Douglashaven, Texas location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $659.12, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Carleton T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
