False promises made by Ultimate Construction & Sons representative

On January 16, 1971, I signed up for Ultimate Construction & Sons's maintenance program at their Cruickshankview, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $966.88, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Tina B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
