Warranty claim denied by Treasury Brokers

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9044-RME-7672 placed with Treasury Brokers on July 17, 1990. I paid $626.25 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lenna L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
