I have been a loyal customer of The Golden Inn for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-7739-DCD-5011) on May 14, 1986, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
