I purchased a gadget from The Golden Inn on April 20, 2000. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jammie P. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
