I purchased a item from Prime Production on November 12, 2019. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Delpha B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
