On January 4, 1977, I signed up for Expert-Factories's return process at their New Trentberg, North Carolina location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $243.92, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Valentina Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
