Unsatisfactory resolution from Expert-Factories

On June 27, 1990, I signed up for Expert-Factories's repair service at their Durganmouth, Louisiana location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $37.27, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Albina Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
