I purchased a system from Golden Escape & International on March 27, 2014. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Luz P. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
