Delayed delivery from Golden Escape & International

On August 10, 2023, I signed up for Golden Escape & International's maintenance program at their New Terrell, Virginia location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $103.1, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Nellie J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
