I am writing regarding order #ORD-5143-SBH-2929 placed with Pro-Metal Corp. on January 3, 1993. I paid $33.76 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Fiona G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
