False promises made by Construction Associates London International representative

I purchased a software from Construction Associates London International on November 10, 1987. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Deshaun J. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
